Once we put these behind the counter in our shops,  it’s a mission to keep up with demand as our customers tend to buy in bulk. Our sticks are made in the traditional South African way and always from the finest beef. Unlike Biltong and Drywors, which is air-cured, our sticks are dried in chambers under a low heat. The end result is a chewy, savoury stick of beef that will keep your mouth entertained and wanting more. Available in 2 varieties. Like a bit of heat? You’ll love our Chilli Snapsticks.
